11th Annual C.U.D.D.L.E. Scramble Golf Tournament
    Location: Lake Powell National Golf Course, Page, Arizona
    When: April 21, 2012
        -9:ooAM Shot Gun Start
        -Handicapped 2+2 .4-person Scramble
        -To Benefit Children in Crisis
        -Entry Fee: $80.00 per player includes greens fee, cart, lunch & a chance to
         win some excellent prizes
        -Players will be accepted as teams or individuals (individuals will be paired by
         committee)
        -Hole prizes for men & women
        -Handicapped "2+2 Scramble Format" (two 2-person team scores combined)
        -Paint Sticks & Mulligans may be purchased at registration
        -Raffle for some great prizes
        -Auction for Houseboat Trips and other packages following play
