When children are picked up from abusive situations they are transported in the condition they are found. There is no time to pack a bag of their belongings. The children are taken to a place they have never been and left with complete strangers. All that is familiar to them is suddenly taken from them, leaving them frightened and confused. C.U.D.D.L.E. Outreach was founded in 2001. Since that time, we have created and distributed over 6500 C.U.D.D.L.E. Wellness Kits to abused children. There are over a million (1,000,000) abused children across the United States. This number does not include children living on the street or in shelters.
